A Web of Relationships

Relationships are key when trying to give customers the kind of service they deserve. Understanding a customer's relationships - what accounts they currently have, their account history, their relationship with other customers - is essential to providing your customers' top level service and distinguishing your institution in their eyes. With DataVerity's Relationship Management engine, you can track these relationships and much more.

Using our unique relationship management engine, any and all relationships are tracked: you can easily pull up a customer's relationships, including all new account activity for that customer, all recent issues for that customer, any campaigns that were directed at that customer (and whether they succeeded or failed), all accounts the customer currently has, any accounts the customer has closed, referrals for that customer, and the list goes on.

But then, we take it further, so you can easily see what employee has dealt with the customer in the past, and then view their relationships with the click of a button to see all the performance, communications, new account activity, referrals, other customer relationships, etc. As well, the system lets you see what branch the employee belongs to and by clicking on that branch you can also see all the relationships for that branch, allowing you to easily understand the web of relationships within your institution.
