- How much time does it take us to internally manage DataVerity's system?
Because we both host and manage the system for you, the only time you'll be spending is in retrieving reports and managing your customers' experiences.
- How much training will it take to get my employees comfortable with the system?
Because we know how difficult other systems can be to use, we intentionally created an intuitive and familiar user interface that requires minimal training. With the purchase of DataVerity services, we provide a free customized tutorial to familiarize your staff with the system and answer any questions that may arise. While we also offer onsite training, it has been our experience that it is seldom necessary because the system is so user friendly.
- How does DataVerity get our data?
With our extensive experience, we are able to retrieve your data in the easiest and most secure way possible. We effectively interface with a variety of core systems, outside vendors, and can even provide customized forms to ensure that we always get the necessary data.
- How does DataVerity validate our data?
DataVerity has years of experience analyzing and validating data to ensure its accuracy. We do this through three different methods. One, our system automatically checks for duplicate records, inaccurate dollar amounts, validation checks against supplementary data files, formatting inconsistencies, etc. Two, we manually spot check the data for specific errors that cannot be caught through automation. Three, your dedicated account manager will review and systematically check your finalized reports for any inconsistencies or statistical outliers.
- How long does implementation take?
Similar to cost, implementation is dependent on your unique circumstances and requirements. While we have been able to implement clients in as little as two weeks, we do not consider the implementation process complete until you are absolutely satisfied with the system and its reports.
