Cross-Sell and Lead Conversion
DataVerity developed an MSR (member service representative) level report for a Credit Union that set goals on member cross-sell and 10 different product categories. We also developed a referral management and reporting system to better streamline member referrals, and developed reports to monitor the success of these referrals. Within three months of implementation, member cross-sell increased 25% and successful member referrals increased 20% without any increase in internal dedicated resources. Profitability
DataVerity combined different system data files from a bank's retail branches, its loan department, and its call center. We then calculated incentives based on thresholds unique to each employee, branch, and department. Employees in each group were ranked from top to bottom performing. By utilizing DataVerity's reports, senior management was able to easily identify problems and then clearly direct their staff. In one year, this resulted in a 15% increase in bank-wide profitability. DataVerity created monthly goals based on new customer cross-sell, successful teller referrals, and customer contacts. This information was presented in easy to understand employee level reports. We then incentivized branch managers based on how many of their staff met their goals, giving them the tools to monitor and coach their staff.
